23T frame vs 27T frame

Looking through Spirits catalog it says the 23T frame is 106" long and the 27T frame is (about, can't recall off the top of my head) 128" long.

Where is the difference in length between the two?

Reason I ask is that I'm a pretty big guy and I plan on buying a 23 body and streching it several inches so I have plenty of leg room. I'd also like a wee bit of space behind the seat for storage. In streching the body I figure I'll need to strech the frame as well but if the 27 frame is longer I think it makes sense to go that route.

Any thoughts or input would be appreciated as I'm still in the planning stages and always willing listen to the voice of experience.
