Sorry Devin, that's not true. When you read something that just sounds a bit odd or seemingly unbelievable always check out http://www.snopes.com/ first. Especially if the e-mail or posting warns of either impending bad things or unbelievable good things.

This type of thing is called a "thought virus" -- it spreads like wildfire by those who buy into it's scare/reward tactics. Please help stop the spread of these by checking first on Snopes. It will also make you look like you really know your stuff. :D

they still call anyway. They know its a pain in the @ss to make a complaint and no big deal. I've been on the list for several years and it ain't stopped them from calling and I got better things to do then call and make a complaint. Easier just to say no thanks and hang up.

The most fun is to adopt a funny accent (to match theirs of course). I usually pick either Indian or my personal favorite, full on Redneck! Nothing is more fun than talking to somebody who's following a script when you start asking them redneck questions. And when you play a redneck, you can be as stupid as you want to. Make them hate their job so much that they want to quit or they start cussing you out because you're too dumb. Ahhh....that's gratification. :D
